about SWITCH Urethan Eyes      

1. Characteristic
- This item is handmade urethane eyes.
- Specially handled non-yellowing urethane is used.
   Comparing to the preceding urethane eyes, the white parts is made not to yellow over time.

- We do not reply to inquiries regarding restocking of sold out items.

- We can not custom make this item.

2. Care Guide

- Due to the characteristics of handmade eyes, each item may vary slightly and there may be tiny air pockets or not-centered iris.

- Do not store under direct sunlight or in warm places.

- Do not put in contact with thinner or acetone.

- The surface is fragile and if you rub against abrasive material, it may cause scratches or dents. Please pay extra attention when you store.

- Eye color may look different on different monitors.

3. Warranty

- When the coating on eyes are peeled, we always provide free re-coating service.
(Shipping fee to and fro will be paid by customer) 

- Warranty and service will be held directly from http://e-d.co.kr/.

4. Refund or exchange

- If the item is damaged by customer's mishandling, we can not give refund or exchange.

- If the item has production damage, you may request a full refund or exchange within 7 days.
